Here at Pilot Cove Manor, we care about the health and safety of our tenants and work hard to establish and protect a healthy, happy living community. Our housing offers 130 Units. We accommodate 124 one-bedroom apartments and 6 two-bedroom apartments. Our building is protected by a 24/7 security system that ensures the safety of our residents. Pilot Cove Manor is also a smoke-free building that ensures the health of all our tenants and is strictly enforced.

Independent Living.

Pilot Cove Manor is an independent living housing arrangement designed exclusively for seniors over the age of 62 years old. We do not offer assistance with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, eating, taking medications. We do not offer in-house nursing services. Each resident must maintain a self-sufficient living environment.

Located at the Seaport of the Bronx, Pilot Cove Manor is conveniently near by Local Bus stops, grocery stores, local library, places of worship and plenty of restaurants.

HUD Funded.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) administers Federal Aid to local housing agencies that manage the housing for low income residents at rents they can afford. HUD provides seniors with options that allow them to live independently but in an environment that supplies activities such as cleaning, cooking, transportation etc
