Applicants must meet the following criteria before applying to stay at Pilot Cove Manor
Age
Applicants must be ages 62 or older to apply, or 18 years of age mobility impaired in a wheelchair (we have 13 apartments designed for mobility impaired).
Income
Applicants, for the year of 2023 have an income no greater than $49,450 (for an individual) OR -an income of no greater than $56,500 for two persons.
Citizenship
Applicants must be an American Citizen, either by birth, naturalized or an eligible non-citizen with verifiable immigration status.
